Gimlet
Orginally gimlet was developed against scurvy in Royal Navy
Ingredients
- 4 cl Kattila Gin
- 2cl Lime Juice
- 2cl Simple syrup
- Ice
- Slice of lime for garnish
Steps
- Put cocktail glass into a freezer
- Shake gin, lime juice and syrup with ice and sieve into the cooled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a lime slice
- Simple syrup: 1 part sugar and 1 part water. Heat the mix until sugar has soved. Cool before use
