Marinated Akvavit Peppers

Ingredients
- 6 bell peppers (different colors)
- 3 dl olive oil\n* 60 ml Kattila Akvavit
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp honey or sugar
- fresh thyme
- 1/2 chopped garlig clove
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Steps
- Slice the bell peppers and put them into the oven skin side up
- Roast the pepper skins black with oven grill
- Put the peppers in a plastic bag for awhile and peel them
- Mix all the marinade incredients except thyme
- Place the pepper slices into a glass jar and place a thyme branch between the layers
- Pour the marinade over the peppers, close the jar and shake lightly
- Put the jar in a fridge for 24h
- If you for some reason don't eat all of them at once, the marinated peppers will stay good in the fridge. You can use the marinade oil for frying
