Kattila Escargot

Escargot à la Kattilalaakso

Ingredients

  • 100g Butter
  • 2 Tb Kattila Gin
  • 2 Tb Onion juice or chopped onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1/2 tbs honey
  • 24 pcs canned snails
  • 20g Blue Cheese (Stilton)
  • Handfull of parsley leaves

Steps

  1. Take the butter out of fridge beforehand and let it warm to room temperature
  2. chop onion (and press it with a cloth)
  3. Mix onion chop (or juice), chopped garlic, chopped parsley, honey and blue cheese with butter
  4. place the snails in escargot plates and cover them with butter
  5. Bake in 225°C oven for 8-10 minutes
