Kattila Absinthe L2 (350 ml 66% vol.)

Kattila Absinthe is made of aniseed, star anise, wormwood, Florence fennel from Deliverde Oy, Turku and Finnish coriander. Also all coloring herbs are from Finland: lemon balm is from Deliverde Oy in Turku, Mrs Helenius’ garden in Kirkkonummi and our Distiller’s garden in Kattilalaakso, Espoo. Mint and peppermint are also from Deliverde Oy, Turku and Kattilalaakso.

Kattila Absinthe L3 (350 ml 66% vol.)

The sweetness of anise and tickling bitterness of wormwood create a well balanced mixture. Fennel from Turku, Finland and Finnish coriander along with herbs used in coloring complement the taste. The coloring herbs come from Joroinen and Kulmalan Puutaha in Perniö, as well as from the backyard of the master distiller in Kattilalaakso.

Absinthe colored with fresh herbs is bright green at first and the color will change over time, but it does not affect the taste.
